Change is in the air, or is more like getting us in the air as we'll be flying to near Pisa, Italy on the 7th of November. It was a big turn in events to pull out of what had become home to us - Guatemala City, but following the Lord is what's gotten us this far in our lives for Him, so when He said it was time for change we went with it. As difficult as it was for us to adjust to the idea of moving from a place we'd invested 3 years of our time, effort, "sweat and tears" with time we've become excited to enter this new phase of our lives. So much had happened for us in Guatemala, it's where we had our wedding, gave birth to our first baby, launched new successful projects and more, and we had big plans for the future. But as the quote says "God's ways are not always our ways". So, now we're looking forward to joining up with a family who we enjoyed working with in Ukraine, but this time we'll be living in Italy, near their home town. We're not quite sure what the future holds, but "we know Who holds the future" and with our new baby arriving a couple months after we do, I'm sure we'll have our hands full with getting set up, adjusting to our new family member and doing our best for others this Christmas season. Please keep us in your prayers!

The first months that we'll be in Italy will be a time that we'll spend planning and preparing, discussing what projects we'd like to be involved in the coming year and praying and asking the Lord in what ways He'd like to use us there.

The other members of our former team in Guatemala are also branching out to new "horizons" as we closed down our house there since the Lord was leading everyone on to new things. We were very thankful to live with you; Jonny, Tina, Joe and Rachel for those 3 years and pray that you'll find much fulfillment in each of your new destinations and work for the Lord. Thank you for being a part of our lives and hearts and especially for all the love and care you gave to little Adrian since he was born! We love you guys!
