That time of year has come, Adrian turned 2 years old. I feel like sharing how happy we are to have his sweet little loving self in our lives.

He's such a joy to be with and we're so proud of all the ways he's learned and progressed. Here are some of the things I don't ever want to forget:

- The way you feel compassionate and give me hugs and kisses when I get hurt

- How you so faithfully and sweetly say "Gracias Mommy!" as well as "Wuv you mommy!" and "Mommy/Daddy wook! (look)" a million times a day

- You listen to our reasoning and then happily obey when we need you to do things

- How you clean up after yourself and love to do puzzles again and again

- How you love to sing songs and read from your bible

- The way you enthusiastically give hugs and kisses to others

- The way you eat your vegetables and fruits and enjoy them so much

- How you're happy to give a toy or whatever you have to another child if they ask nicely for it

- The way you're so happy to see me every morning or when I come back from being away.

- How you like to go to sleep hugging and how you wake up in the night to give me kisses

- How fast you're learning to talk in both English and Polish and the way you tell stories

- You've always been so brave when mommy hasn't been able to be with you and if you would be sad that I had to go, you would soon calm down and be happy with your caretaker.

- How you miss your friends and ask to pray for Lali every night and how you say "Mommy, miss Joe!" with a forlornged look on your face.

- The way it's somehow always "Rarrian's (that's what he calls himself) turn" - your way of saying you want to do something yourself.

- The way you answer "yes" to everything you don't understand

- Your special love for babies and animals

- And how obedient you are and learn to be every new day

There are so many things we love about having you in our lives, those are only a few. We couldn't have prayed for a happier, more loving and sweet baby and toddler. As you enter this next stage of your life I can't wait to spend each day of it with you helping you learn, love and feel loved. You're our very special boy and we'll always, always love you.
